We are chan­ging our terms of use for Meine TK, the mail­box, TK-Chat and tk.de

New for tk.de:

• We have deleted the section regulating changes to the terms of use. 
• We have made the text easier for you to understand and clarified the content. We have removed non-essential information.

New for Meine TK:

• Insurees can register for Meine TK from the age of 15. Previously, this was only possible at 16 years of age.
• If we change the terms of use for Meine TK in future, we will let you know. If it is legally necessary, we will ask for your active consent.
• We have edited the text and made the content easier to understand.
• We have separated the terms of use for the mailbox and TK-Chat from the terms of use for Meine TK.

New for the mailbox:

• Until now, you could find the terms of use and participation for the mailbox under the terms of use for Meine TK. We have removed them from there.
• Starting 1 January 2025, letters in the mailbox will only be considered delivered and "disclosed" on the 4th day. This applies to notifications and communications. Previously, this was on the 3rd day.
• Here, too, if we change the terms of use for the mailbox in future, we will let you know. If it is legally necessary, we will ask for your active consent.
• We have also made the text easier for you to understand and clarified the content.

We have summarised the previously different terms of use for TK-Chat. The content has not changed. This relates to the regulations for the anonymous chat at tk.de and the personalised chat for Meine TK users.

Do you not agree to these changes? You have until 30 November 2024 to object either by e-mail or by phone. Important: You will then no longer be able to use Meine TK and the mailbox.
