By visiting the TK website and using the online services provided on it, you agree to these terms of use. 

Additional conditions of use and participation may also apply to individual TK online services, for example to TK-GesundheitsCoaching, the TK-Klinikführer and the TK Bonus Plan. In particular, the terms and conditions of use and participation for "Meine TK" also apply to the password-protected area "Meine TK".

In line with TK's commitment to provide a wide range of information and for the sake of completeness, the medical information also contains details of examination and treatment methods which TK cannot cover or can only do so subject to certain prerequisites. An entitlement to a specific service cannot be derived from this.
