We reimburse the doctor's fee in full; for the vaccine, you are only required to make the statutory co-payment of 10 per cent of the costs. This amount ranges from a minimum of 5 EUR to a maximum of 10 EUR. TK will deduct your co-payment from the amount repayable.

Doctor's surgeries in Westfalen-Lippe, North Rhine, Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein use the TK eHealth card to settle costs with us. Please discuss this with your doctor before you receive the vaccination.
If you were issued a private invoice for the doctor's vaccination fee and a pharmacy invoice for the vaccine, we will reimburse the costs after you have paid them.
If you require advice on medical matters relating to foreign travel, e.g., recommendations on coping with the climate or what diet to follow, you will have to pay for this yourself.

The most convenient way is to send the necessary documents is with the TK-App or Meine TK. To do this, you will need:
- the prescription,
- the invoice for the vaccine, and
- the invoice for the doctor's fee
