• Overall satisfaction: 97 per cent of all insurees surveyed are satisfied with TK (result for 2023).
• Telephone availability: 95 per cent of all customer calls were taken in November 2024.
• Telephone waiting time: In November 2024, callers had to wait an average of 38 seconds before they could speak to a TK employee.
• Contact satisfaction on the phone: 96 per cent of all respondents who have recently called TK are satisfied with the call (result for the period January to September 2024)
• TK-App ratings: Excellent ratings for the TK-App in the app stores (Apple App Store 4.8 stars / Google Play Store 4.5 stars) are further proof of our digital expertise 

Top marks for outstanding customer orientation

TK came out top with a ranking of "very good" in the ServiceAtlas study in 2024.

IInsurees were particularly impressed by the friendliness and politeness of staff, their willingness to help, availability by phone and the quality of the advice given. TK received top marks in all performance categories.

The ServiceValue study was based on the views of 4,177 insurees on 42 large German statutory health insurance funds.
